中化商务有限公司（以下简称“招标机构”）受湖北三江航天红峰控制有限公司（以下简称“招标人”）的委托，邀请有兴趣的潜在投标人就真空气相焊接炉设备的下列货物和有关服务提交密封投标：

1.招标产品的名称、数量、技术规格、资金

真空气相焊接炉设备1台/套

技术规格：该设备主要用于大规模集成电路表面组装器件、高密度印制电路板组装件的高可靠性焊接，通过气相液加热焊接，焊接过程中抽真空，可以实现结构复杂型器件的高可靠性焊接，其他详见技术规格。

资金部分国拨

2.交货地点：湖北孝感

交货时间：合同生效后4个月。

3.资质要求：

*①投标人应提供有效的营业执照或营业登记证明文件复印件；

*②境内投标人应提供有效的银行基本账户开户许可证或基本账户信息证明文件复印件。

*③投标人及投标人授权代表及投标人法人代表应无行贿犯罪记录，并提供“无行贿犯罪记录声明”，格式见附件，签字加盖公章。

*④投标人或制造商具有本次所投标设备同型号近3年（2020年1月1日至今）的销售业绩，并提供业绩清单（清单中应写明产品的名称、合同签订年份、用户名称），并同时在投标文件中提供投标人或制造商近3年在国内不少于五份本项目同型号的合同复印件或中标通知书。

*⑤投标人和制造商应在国内有稳定的售后服务能力，需详细列出投标设备生产制造商在国内售后服务中心、备件库和为本项目保障的服务人员信息，且不得少于3人。

*⑥投标人应提供其基本账户的开户银行在开标日前3个月内开具的资信证明的原件或复印件（资信证明所致单位不限于招标人及招标机构；如资信证明文件中标明“复印无效”的，应提供资信证明原件，招标机构保留开标当天审核原件的权利）。

4.有兴趣的潜在投标人可于2023年3月23日至2023年3月30日，每日9时至16时30分（北京时间，下同），登录中化商务电子招投标平台（）办理购标手续。潜在投标人需先进行网上注册（免费）。
