3、投标人资格要求

投标人应具备的资格或业绩：1)投标人具有有效的营业执照（境内投标人）/企业经营许可证明文件（境外投标人），须提供相应证明复印件；2)投标人必须是制造商；3)投标人在乙烯装置中至少具有1项成功运行1年及以上的膨胀再压缩机组业绩。请提供业绩表，并出具销售合同复印件（至少包括关键页及签字页、须能体现装置名称、设备台数）、最终验收报告或相关证明材料，运行时间以验收材料时间起算（若验收材料无法体现验收时间需提供其他能证明验收完成或设备投产时间的证明材料）。若投标人投标文件提供的业绩表及所出具的合同不满足上述全部要求，则视为没有业绩；4)投标人应当提供投标人开户银行在开标日前三个月内开具的资信证明原件或复印件；5)本项目不接受联合体投标。
