3、本项目采用“不见面开标”系统开标，投标人无需到达开标现场，网上报名，电子化评标，投标人可自行进入江西省公共资源交易网投标报名，投标人应当熟练的操作新点系统，因业务不熟悉而导致的一切后果由投标企业自行承担；本工程采用国泰新点招标投标软件系统。
