(1)具备建设行政主管部门核发的电力工程施工总承包三级及以上资质，同时具备建设行政主管部门核发的安全生产考核证。项目经理要求具有机电工程贰级建造师资格，并具备安全生产考核证。项目管理人员至少配备：项目技术负责人、施工员、质量员、安全员，以上人员需提供相关证书及身份证证件（其中：技术负责人需具备相应专业工程师资格，施工员、安全员具备安全生产考核证）。
