2.有兴趣的潜在投标人可从中化商务有限公司得到进一步的信息和查阅招标文件。

*3.对投标人的资质业绩要求：

1)投标人具有有效的营业执照（国内投标人）/企业经营许可证明文件（国外投标人）。

2)投标人应当提供在开标日前3个月内由其开立账户的银行开具的银行资信证明的原件或复印件。

3)投标人在中国境内近三年没有不良业绩记录或严重质量问题，否则其投标也将被否决。

5)投标人必须是制造商或制造商的销售分支机构或制造商直接授权的代理商；

证明材料（装订在投标文件中）：投标人需提供制造商资格声明加盖投标人公章；若为制造商的销售分支机构投标，需提供投标人与制造商的关系证明材料加盖投标人公章，且视为制造商投标，投标时可提供制造商的资质证书及业绩作为证明材料；如为代理商投标，需提供制造商出具的授权函复印件加盖投标人公章并装订在投标文件中。

6)制造商资质要求：

①有效的ISO9000质量管理体系认证证书或同等质量体系认证证书；

证明材料：需提供有效的资质证书复印件加盖投标人公章。

7)业绩要求：2017年1月1日至今（以签订合同为准），投标人所投产品在中华人民共和国境内ABS或丙烯腈项目SAR装置至少具有2个用户的销售业绩，且累计不少于10台成套离心泵（泵本体过流部件材质为UHMW-PE，介质为稀硫酸）。

证明材料：投标人在投标文件中须提供符合上述条件的相关业绩合同关键页（合同封面、供货范围、合同签字页），供货范围内容须包含供货数量及规格型号（包括泵型、泵体过流部件材质、流量、扬程、介质等信息）、用户名称、用户所在地、投用时间等）并加盖投标人公章。若相应业绩合同证明材料无法体现上述内容，则除了合同外，还需提供相关技术协议或其他证明材料加盖投标人公章装订在投标文件中，合同复印件不清晰或不提供合同复印件均视为无效业绩。

8)本项目不接受联合体投标。

招标人和评标委员会保留审查原件的权利，如发现以上资质证书、业绩及相关资料造假的，作否决投标处理。
