*3.对投标人的资质业绩要求：

1)投标人具有有效的营业执照（国内投标人）/企业经营许可证明文件（国外投标人）。

2)投标人应当提供在开标日前3个月内由其开立账户的银行开具的银行资信证明的原件或复印件。

3)信誉要求：投标人在中国境内近三年没有不良业绩记录或严重质量问题，否则其投标也将被否决。未被列入中国中化供应商黑名单库（名单以投标截止时间为准）。

2017年1月1日至今（以合同签订时间为准），投标人至少具有2套丙烯腈项目废酸再生装置分酸器及废酸喷枪的供货业绩。

证明材料：投标人需提供相应业绩的合同复印件并加盖投标人公章。若相应业绩合同证明材料无法体现上述内容，则除了合同外，还需提供技术协议或图纸或数据表或其他证明材料加盖投标人公章装订在投标文件中，合同复印件不清晰或不提供合同复印件均视为无效业绩。

7)本项目不接受联合体投标。

招标人和评标委员会保留审查原件的权利，如发现以上资质证书、业绩及相关资料造假的，作否决投标处理。
