1、招标项目:福州厂3#电房到2#电房新增电缆工程招标事宜
2、合格投标商资格要求：
(1)、具有承担招标项目的能力且成立时间两年以上（以实际注册日期为准）的独立法人资格，具有电力工程施工经验，施工人员必须购买5类（80万）意外伤害（含意外身故）保险（含5万意外医疗保险）。
(2)、可开具正规增值税专用发票，抬头与注册名称一致，不得中途更改，若有改动，本公司有权终止合同；
(3)、参加投标的单位必须通过我司相关部门审核方成为合格投标商；
(4)、参标商不可转包本项目；
(5)、本次投标不接受以个人名义进行投标；同一集团、总公司、或母公司等，连同其下属的全资子公司，只能由一家参标。
(6)、在集团关系企业内有不良合作记录的不得进行投标；拟参加本项目的授权投标人与法定代表人被列入失信被执行人名单不得进行投标。
(7)、其他：投标人应以不低于成本价的合理价格进行投标（依据情况可在本条中写明具体要求）。
