3、投标人资格要求

投标人应具备的资格或业绩：1)投标人具有有效的营业执照（境内投标人）/企业经营许可证明文件（境外投标人），需提供相应证明复印件；2)投标人必须是制造商，本项目不接受代理商投标；3)投标人自2012年1月1日至投标文件截止时间前7日（时间以合同签订时间为准），应在规模不小于45万吨/年全密度聚乙烯装置中具有挤压造粒机组的运行业绩。请提供业绩表，并出具销售合同复印件（须能体现合同签订时间、装置名称、装置规模、货物名称、数量、签字盖章页）及最终验收证明材料（需体现最终用户签字或盖章）。若投标人投标文件提供的业绩表及所出具的合同不满足上述全部要求，则视为没有业绩；4)投标人应当提供投标人开户银行在开标日前三个月内开具的资信证明原件或复印件；5)本项目不接受联合体投标。
