3.投标人资格要求

3.1投标人必须是来自中华人民共和国或是与中华人民共和国有正常贸易往来的国家或地区的制造商。

3.2投标人须提供营业执照（营业登记类证明文件）或经营许可证明文件的复印件。

3.3投标人须提供在开标日前3个月内投标人基本账户开户银行开具的银行资信证明的原件或复印件。

3.4自2018年以来，投标人具有芳纶湿法研磨应用业绩1项。注：若投标人所提供业绩涉及商业机密，可提供业绩清单（业绩名称、合同签订时间、台/套数、设备名称），并由投标人承诺相关业绩真实有效，加盖公章或企业负责人签字。

3.5投标人须根据自身情况，按照下列要求提供相应证明材料：
