合同履行期限：总体完成时间预计为360天，具体服务期为合同生效之日起至控规修编得到市批复、更新单元计划得到区审批为止。

二、申请人的资格要求：

1.投标供应商应具备《政府采购法》第二十二条规定的条件，提供下列材料：

1）具有独立承担民事责任的能力：提供法人或者其他组织等的营业执照或登记证书等证明文件复印件；
