一、项目基本情况

采购需求：本项目设计内容为水系开挖、边坡护砌、圆管涵等。其中：工业四路北侧水系衬砌工程（河东一路-工业五路）水系全长约1240m；工业四路南侧水系衬砌工程（河东一路-工业五路）水系全长约1231.86m；工业五路西侧水系衬砌工程（工业三路-工业四路）水系全长约753m；河东一路东侧水系衬砌工程（工业三路-工业四路）水系全长约568.24m。

合同履行期限：自合同生效之日起至竣工验收合格之日止。

采购项目需要落实的政府采购政策：按照《政府采购促进中小企业发展管理办法》（财库〔2020〕46 号）、《财政部司法部关于政府采购支持监狱企业发展有关问题的通知》（财库〔2014〕68号）、《财政部民政部中国残疾人联合会关于促进残疾人就业政府采购政策的通知》文件规定执行。

本项目否接受联合体投标。
