中标人在收取《中标通知书》时应向采购代理机构交纳代理服务费，代理服务费的收费标准参照国家计委颁布的（计价格[2002]1980号）标准并作一定折扣后执行，收费金额按差额定率累进法计算：

（1）以中标金额作为收费的计算基数；

（2）中标金额在100万以下的，招标服务费按1.2%计算；101万到500万的，按0.64%计算；
