专业人员对进口产品技术性能先进性、采购必要性的论证意见：高频电外科系统要求切割模式≥4种，有内镜专用模式ENDO CUT IQ分别适用于内镜下十二指肠乳头切开和息肉切除。进口品牌主机可带有智能组织感应技术，可以根据组织阻抗调节电压输出，使电刀输出更加精确稳定、效果一致，确保手术的安全性，缩短手术时间，有效减少手术并发症，减少术后引流，提高患者术后康复的质量和速度；具有负极板接触质量动态监测，除固定的安全阻抗范围外，系统还会检测动态变化，当阻抗增幅过大时也会报警并停止输出。国产同类产品目前尚未达到相应的智能技术。故建议允许采购进口产品。
