七、 申请理由：拟购产品用于医院病理科对已处理好的组织进行固定，便于组织切片使用。国产设备的整体性能方面与进口产品比较存在较大的差距，目前国外同类产品不锈钢腔体内置的冷却器，采用斯特灵制冷技术可急速降温实现免维护；适配有多种不同形状、大小的冰冻包埋模具，可应对各种大小的组织，且可随时快速更换冰冻包埋模具，以应对不同的需求；可同时包埋6个样本，对应有6个计时器。符合采购人临床工作需求。国内同类产品尚不能完全满足以上要求，故申请允许采购进口设备。
