采用单一来源采购方式的原因及说明：贯彻落实《健康安徽行动实施方案》，助力“健康安徽”行动，提高我省全民健康水平，提升全民健康素养，普及健康生活方式，安徽省卫生健康类电视栏目《医道健康》在安徽广播电视台制作播出（同时在安徽省卫生健康宣传教育中心网络新媒体平台播出）。安徽广播电视台是安徽省委、省政府主要舆论阵地，覆盖全省。主要受众是安徽省内健康需求的主力人群。安徽广播电视台拥有专业的新闻采编、制作团队，并有着健康医疗类栏目制作经历和经验。自2002年以来，我中心一直与安徽省电视台合作，安徽电视台受众范围广，传播效率高，公信力强，具有很高的收视率和影响力，与健康安徽宣传需求有高度契合。2023年《医道健康》栏目是自2002年以来合作内容全面升级，同时也是近20年来省级卫生健康宣传工作的延续。
