育才生态区义务教育学校营养餐采购项目采购人为三亚市育才生态区管理委员会，现委托中一（海南）工程咨询有限公司负责本项目招标工作，本项目于2023年04月18日00时00分获取招标文件。现对本项目招标文件做出以下变更：
原内容：
招标文件第三章 采购需求“三、预算说明 三亚市育才生态区 12 所学校，学生共计约 3698 人，按每生每天食用营养食品：学生奶 l 盒(200 毫升纯奶制品）、鸡蛋 1 个(55 克）、面包 1 个（40 克以上），每天补助为 5 元，按每生每年在校时间 200 天计算，即补助标准 1000 元/生/学年，本项目预算金额为 370 万元／年，中标金额不能超过此招标基数。本项目招标服务期限为三年（合同一年一签）。具体服务起止时间以合同约定为准。”
变更后：
