202303	克拉玛依市克拉玛依区高标准农田建设项目一期（科技化配套采购）	本项目主要通过数字农田的建设实施，能够实时收集并记录存储灌溉、施肥、温度、湿度、气象、病虫害数据、实时图像等数据信息，监视农作物生长情况及设备运行状态，监测环境状况的变更，根据作物需求，随时、随地进行处理，为现代农业综合信息监测、环境控制以及智能管理提供科学依据，同时依托一体化信息服务平台为基地提供从购种到销售的全过程数据管理，大大强化内部管理效率和水平。主要采购内容为: 对涉及的 3362.98 亩耕地进行设备购置及安装: 施肥机 20 个、施肥罐 40个、电动阀门 300个、网关控制器20套、电磁阀 20 个、远传压力表20个、流量计 20 个、田间气象站1 台、温湿度传感器20 套、虫情分析仪 1 套、作物监控摄像头 20套、球机摄像头4个、设备围栏4套等;并提供数字农田“一张图”：包括管理平台移动远程控制功能APP、智能灌溉系统、作物生长监测系统、环境数据采集系统和虫情识别系统等。同时配套管理平台使用及运维管理。测算预算资金为 190 万。	1900000	2023年05月	不专门面向中小企业
