1	阿克陶县各行政事业单位资产清查服务采购项目	1.单位基本情况清理 、账务清理、财产清查和完善制度等。2.单位基本情况清理。对应当纳入资产清查工作范围的所属单位户数、机构及人员状况等基本情况进行全面清理。 3.账务清理。对行政事业单位的各种银行账户、各类库存现金、有价证券、各项资金往来和会计核算科目等基本账务情况进行全面核对和清理。 4.财产清查。对行政事业单位的各项资产进行全面的清理、核对和查实。各行政事业单位对清查出的各种资产盘盈、损失和资金挂账应当按照资产清查要求进行分类，提出相关处理建议。对未编制竣工决算报告的项目帮助行政事业单位进行编制，对确因资料确实无法入账的项目进行资产评估。同时完成各单位条码化管理。 5.完善制度。针对资产清查工作中发现的问题，进行全面总结、认真分析，提出相应整改措施和实施计划，建立健全资产管理制度。期间组织各单位财务和资产管理人员参加相关资产管理处置等培训5场次以上。	3300000	2023年05月
