1	智慧媒资系统及存储	AI预处理服务，提供语音、提供自动标签预测、实体识别、概要内容提取、关键词提取等自然语言分析服务。人脸、语义等预处理接口分析服务（必须结合语音、人脸、语义等AI服务），同时提供AI结果分析、清洗与处理。基于语音、文档内容等自动智能识别出人物、时间、地点、事件等关键摘要，并自动创建构建规范标签内容，点击标签，可快速从标签内容、语音、人物等内容中精准定位标签内容。提供人脸库管理，用户可自主管理基础人物库，包括官员、领导、专家等，对视频及图片基于人脸识别的自动编目标注，实现人物鉴别标注，视频支持精准查看浏览人物出现在视频画面中的时码位置信息；后台可定义涉黑、贪腐官员、双涉艺人等为敏感人物，支持对敏感人物鉴别并对资源进行标敏，提供敏感资源调用的警告等管控。提供视频分析处理能力，支持平行扩展，针对视频提供人脸5倍速，语音60倍速的引擎分析能力，AI引擎包括： -【人脸识别引擎】：支持人脸识别比对功能，把视频、图片中的人脸识别出是谁（和人物库模板比对），且可精确识别视频中的人物及时码位置；支持在人物库中新增人物X，可在短时间内实现从历史库中1000万个人物中把人物X识别出来，且在资源库等业务中显示人物X的名字，从而实现翻库功能；支持依据白名单和黑名单人物库信息，识别出涉及敏感人物的相关资源，从而支持媒资库对敏感资源的标识及管控； -【人脸搜索引擎】：配合媒资人脸搜索服务软件，支持输入一张照片，从整个视频库中搜索出该人脸的所有视频镜头和图片； -【语音识别引擎】：把视音频文件中的语音信息转写成文字内容，生成文字段落用于后续的元数据检索和大数据分析，也支持生成SRT唱词文件用于视频智能生产中的自动拍唱词业务。	965000	2023年06月
