采用单一来源采购方式的原因及说明：据了解自治区厅局单位、哈密市及周边地州市使用的办公软件均为WPS Office。伊吾县各单位及下属三级单位（县本级、乡镇、村）历史采购的办公软件也是WPS Office，伊吾县2019-2022年期间电脑设备替换中采购使用的办公软件也是WPS Office。更换办公软件会造成格式不兼容、且维语、哈语、蒙文等办公需求也不能解决。根据公文传输系统要求，为确保各单位日常工作能正常对接与自治区上级部门及下属单位，日常公文处理不存在兼容问题，故选择金山WPS Office。自治区党委通过WPS表单系统搭建了自治区正版化数据上报平台，将每年各地州授权情况等信息上报至自治区版权局，我县也需要通过此系统上报内容，结合以上情况计划使用单一来源方式进行采购。
