采用单一来源采购方式的原因及说明：近年来，按照自治区党委、政府的工作部署，我局大力开展乡镇无线发射台站建设，广播电视覆盖面不断扩大，乡镇无线发射台站的正常运行，有效解决了无线覆盖盲点的问题，扩大了边远山区和边境地区、少数民族地区人民群众收听收看广播电视难的问题。
1.广西广播电视信息网络股份有限公司是由自治区党委宣传部直接管理的重要文化企业，公司具有政治属性、公益属性和文化属性，是党和政府重要的文化宣传阵地，是全区唯一具备传输中央、广西及各地市县广播电视节目的企业。
2.目前，广西广播电视信息网络股份有限公司已实现全区所有行政村有线电视光缆全覆盖，完成全区有线电视网络双向化改造，是唯一一个在广西形成覆盖城乡、便捷高效、功能完备、服务到户的新型广播电视网络覆盖体系的国企，广西广电网络的覆盖率和智慧应用跨入同行前列，成为服务全区数字经济、数字政府、数字社会和民生建设的重要平台，有效的保障本项目更好实施，这是其他外省广电网络公司无法可比的。
3.广西广播电视信息网络股份有限公司是广播电视公共服务主体之一，近年来，全区乡镇无线发射台站的运维工作都由其完成。2023年由其继续提供全区乡镇、村级无线发射台站运维服务，具有服务的一致性和连续性。
4.全区乡镇无线发射台站现有的广播电视节目信号一直以来都是通过光缆信号传输网络连接到各地市、县、乡镇，再由各市、县、乡镇通过光缆连接到各发射台站，该传输网络为广西广播电视信息网络股份有限公司建设维护，其提供的广播电视信号源是广西广播电视无线发射台站唯一的有线信号源，且各发射台站所有的光传输设备也均安装在广西广播电视信息网络股份有限公司各地市、县、乡镇前端机房内，如由其他供应商承接该项服务，无法正常完成这些设备的维护任务。
