采用单一来源采购方式的原因及说明：我单位大型核医学设备Symbia T16购置于2017年，设备由西门子公司研发和生产，设备全部零配件也是西门子公司独家生产。西门子可提供全新原厂配件更换，具有特殊专用保养工具，可确保设备在产品质控要求的指标参数和状态下正常运行。CT球管属于专机专用球管与主机一同注册，也是西门子公司独家技术所有，目前国内无任何替代品。为使我院设备正常运行，保证对病人诊治工作的正常开展，拟从西门子公司紧急采购本次服务。
鉴于该项目只有唯一的供应商可提供，符合《中华人民共和国政府采购法》第三十一条规定，因此我单位申请该项目采用单一来源采购方式采购。
