*3.对投标人的资质业绩要求：

1)投标人具有有效的营业执照（国内投标人）/企业经营许可证明文件（国外投标人）。

2)投标人应当提供在开标日前3个月内由其开立基本账户的银行开具的银行资信证明的原件或复印件。

3)投标人在中国境内近三年没有不良业绩记录或严重质量问题，否则其投标也将被否决。

6)业绩要求：2017年1月1日至今（以签订合同为准），投标人所投产品在中华人民共和国境内丙烯腈/ABS项目或废酸再生项目至少具有2台磁力泵（介质含硫酸）的应用业绩；

证明材料：投标人必须提供相应业绩的合同、技术附件等，其内容至少应包括项目名称、用户名称、规格型号参数、签订日期以及签署和盖章页等。合同、技术附件等证明文件不清晰或未提供均视为无效证明。

7)本项目不接受联合体投标。

招标人和评标委员会保留审查原件的权利，如发现以上资质证书、业绩及相关资料造假的，作否决投标处理。
