2	牙哈镇第四幼儿园水，电，消防设备，锅炉维修	为了保证库车市牙哈镇第四幼儿园水，电，消防，锅炉安全等工作顺利开展，由于牙哈镇第四幼儿园水，电，消防设备，锅炉等老化严重，牙哈镇幼儿园召开领导班子会议，在会议上针对第四幼儿园的室外消防管子，水路，锅炉等维修是否需要维修这个问题进行讨论，通过讨论由领导班子成员决定对第四幼儿园以上问题总费19900元左右（材料费4400左右，挖地打混凝土费15500左右）乙方按要求购买材料遵守上级部门要求，安全，环保的基础上进行维修，签订合同后按合同乙方按我园要求进行维修，保证签合同15天内维修完成，如发现违约或维修不合格的情况我园有权扣费，验收合格后15天内付清贷款。	19900	2023年07月
