01	关于洛浦公路管理分局，公路养护路面处治重度车辙项目	工程地点位于新疆和田市洛浦县：G315线K2375-K2376，K2382- K2383 K2387-K2390 K2426-2429等路段，共9062㎡、3、工程时间：为10天。4、施工工艺：铣刨4厘米，利用热沥青与米石（碎石）处理粘层，同步碎石封层做下封层处理。重铺AC-13（16）中粒式（米石）沥青混凝土。 5、材料指标：材料采用克拉玛依重交沥青混凝土AH-90。配合比要求要达到沥青路面技术规范相关要求，沥青用量不少于4.5%-5%， 6、机械车辆要求：拥有自主摊铺机、双钢轮震动压路机（自重12-15t、振动力达到22吨以上）、同步封层车、铣刨机 7、安全要求：施工过程中要服从养护单位管理，施工作业区安全生产工作由施工方负责，施工作业区安全必须符合中华人民共和国国家标准《道路交通标志和标线第四部分：作业区》(GB5768.4-2017)、交通部《公路养护安全作业规程》(JTGH30-2015)相关规范要求。 8、质量要求：①材料供货方提供沥青混合料的产品检测报告（主要配合比、油石比、沥青三大指标等数据）。②施工结束后1年内不得出现车辙、推移、坑槽现象。③沥青混合料摊铺之前要检查表面有无松散，平整度是否满足要求。④沥青混合料摊铺是必须按照沥青路面施工规范相关要求进行施工。⑤外表应平整、坚实、不得有脱落、掉渣、裂缝、推移、烂边、粗细骨料集中等现象，接搓平顺，不得有明显轮迹，不得有积水。	693107	2023年06月
