1	喀什市重点功能区及农村生态环境质量监测项目（2023年7月至2024年6月）	因有些项目需规定时间之内完成，要求供应商的监测地点必须在喀什市。我单位组织监督监察组对监测方进行实地监督监察，保证数据的真实性和可靠性。喀什市农村生态环境空气一个点位全年监测四次、对农村生态土壤三个点位全年监测一次，对重点功能区地表水七个点位全年监测十二次（1次/月）、对重点功能区集中式饮用水一个点位全年监测四次、对重点功能区地表水一个点位全年监测两次，喀什市“千吨万人”以上十五个水源地全年监测两次、对农田灌溉区一个点位全年监测两次并及时报送以上项目的相关监测结果。供应商应保障监测数据的真实性，保质量完成监测数据并按时按要求给我局上报监测结果。如果中间监测指标或者监测次数有变动双方共同协商。	380000	2023年06月
