采用单一来源采购方式的原因及说明：该试剂用于 Gene-Xpert 专用设备，此方法目前为TB试验室检技术中最快最方便的技术，为专机专用试剂。此试剂设备对实验室要求低，准确性高达 96.9%物导度，100%灵敏度，同时可快速检测产毒型艰难梭菌 B(tcd B)毒素基因、耐甲氧西林金黄色葡萄球菌(MRSA).甲型/乙型流感及呼吸道合胞病毒、碳青霉烯耐药基因等，并能做到约 90 分钟自动检测及鉴定沙眼衣原体和淋球菌的基因组 DNA，不仅可诊断出是否为 TB，还可诊断出是否 RFP 耐药，对耐药筛查工作帮助较大。其他产品不可替代，需从唯一供应商处获取，鉴于以上情况根据【中华人民共和国政府采购法】第三十一条74号令建议采用单一来源方式采购。
