1	关于近几年伊宁市新建绿地养护移交后市场化养护服务采购的申请	近两年园林绿化工程较多，伊宁市住房和城乡建设局及建设单位对于近两年新建绿地多次提出移交由城市园林服务中心进行养护管理。但根据园林绿化苗木成活率及补植季节性的特点，一般根据施工合同约定绿地建成后由施工单位养护2年，确保苗木成活、绿地成型后进行移交。近几年因新建绿地品质较弱等原因，导致有些绿地多年未移交。我单位计划对按要求整改完成新移交绿地进行市场化养护招标。 根据绿地现状，新建工程拟移交面积为989297.94㎡，其中已纳入边合区、南岸新区市场化养护面积为53154.64㎡。主城区移交资料齐全，整改后可进行养护移交绿地面积为146447.13㎡。未进行竣工验收，但绿地整改后可进行养护移交绿地面积为720943.09㎡。工程未进行招标，但绿地整改后可进行养护移交绿地面积为68743.08㎡。需新纳入合计绿地面积：936133.3㎡。 新建绿地符合移交的936133.3㎡养护移交后，统一进行市场化养护，根据《新疆维吾尔自治区城市绿地养护管理标准》依据位置及绿地基础将该区域公共绿地划分一、二、三级，养护期设定为三年。养护单价参照边合区、南岸新区市场化养护管理费用标准，养护费用概算为752.02万元/年（包含花卉材料费），三年合计2256.06万元。	22560600	2023年06月
