1	吐鲁番市医保中心医疗服务与保障能力提升项目	1.包括但不仅限于根据国家DRG工作要求及疾病诊断相关分组等技术规范，各医疗机构通过调用各功能模块，从完整性、合理性、规范性等角度进行数据质量控制，反馈质控结果，指导定点医疗机构建立结算清单责任管理体系，解决医疗机构上传数据存在的问题，帮助医疗机构提升DRG分组精准度，推动医保支付制度改革。2.提供但不仅限于相关接口全量改造、电子凭证就医购药，以此确保外配电子处方流转工作。确保医疗机构完成电子处方开方审方、药品配送或自取、医保结算等环节有效实施。实现医保电子处方流转结算后，“双通道”药品在定点医疗机构和“双通道”药店执行统一的医保支付政策和标准，门特用药、门诊靶向药均可通过电子处方流转在“双通道”药店取药并完成医保结算。3.提供但不仅限于采用国家统一标准，通过同地方医保业务系统、定点医药机构、清算银行、第三方支付渠道、第三方应用渠道对接，从而向参保人提供便捷可靠的医保移动支付解决方案。参保人可使用国家医保APP或经过国家医保局授权认证的第三方应用渠道（APP、小程序、H5）进行医保线上支付，同时为便民缴费，待遇发放，就医报销等业务提供能力支撑。	1200000	2023年08月
