公示简要情况说明：哈密市应急管理局下属正科级事业单位哈密市矿山应急救援支队，职责为承担哈密市范围内矿山、地震等救援任务。近年来，全国各安全生产事故和自然灾害事故频发，为保障全市人民群众生命和财产安全，急需配备各类应急救援装备，才能将哈密市矿山应急救援支队打造成一支综合性应急救援队伍。正压氧气呼吸器校验仪、便携式氧气增压泵，以上两样救援装备是现阶段消防救援队伍和其他矿山应急救援队伍常规使用的救援装备。其性能较为稳定，质量较好，尤其是安全性能高，能最大限度规避在应急救援过程中因使用救援装备而发生的次生事故。国产同类型的装备，由于受装备本身材质和技术限制，无法最大限度达到救援效果，且在使用中存在不稳定现象与进口产品有较大差距，无法满足实际需求。进口的正压氧气呼吸器校验仪、便携式氧气增压泵安全性能、稳定性、使用年限优于国内产品，性价比较高，较为符合现阶段救援所需。
