采用单一来源采购方式的原因及说明： 首都师范大学是北京市承担支援合作任务最高的高校之一，作为对扶贫新疆和田教育的单位具有多年的援助实施经验，并取得了一系列丰硕成果，本次培训首都示范大学特授权北京双优云桥教育科技有限公司为技术支撑合作单位，负责具体互助工程的实施。
本次项目建设内容属于2020年10月，2022年11月，”首都教育远程互助工程”项目和2021年4月和田教育人材培养项目的内容，具有实施经验的延续性，服务团队和稳定性，项目资源的拓展性特征，每年迭代的实施经验，让培训师资更多维，教学资源更丰富，平台技术更优化。
