采用单一来源采购方式的原因及说明：1、深圳市艾依康仪器仪表科技有限公司具有水体溶解氧饱和部分相关专利保护，为该装置的唯一代加工公司，有比较成熟的应用基础和使用经验，此装置无替代的同类产品。
2、由于该装置为全新原型机，相关费用已列入2023年科研项目支出预算。
3、该装置为全新设计，包含两大部分，一部分为温度恒温循环部分，另一部分为水体溶解氧饱和部分。其中的温度恒温循环部分采用该公司独有的专利技术——射流搅拌；另一部分，水体溶解氧饱和部分为我方提供技术要求和参数，由深圳市艾依康仪器仪表科技有限公司负责具体实现。水体溶解氧饱和部分我方已申请相关专利保护。该装置需将两部分结合起来才能构成“溶解氧测定仪快速校准装置”。综上所述，故采用单一来源采购方式进行采购。
