1	准东开发区基础测绘工作	根据《关于加强自治区基础测绘工作的通知》（新自然资发〔2022〕196号）、《昌吉州基础测绘工作》要求，需开展基础测绘工作内容：1.组织测制、更新5年内城镇开发边界范围内1:2000、1:1000、1:500比例尺数字正射影像图、数字高程模型、数字线划图。2.推动城镇开发边界范围内实景三维建设。 坚持务实管用有效，合理确定比例尺标准和测绘区域，对关键区域按照大比例尺开展基础测绘，对其他区域灵活确定比例尺。开展重点区域部件级实景三维生产，推动构建真实展示自然资源现状和自然地理格局的时空基底。 技术服务单位需依据《中华人民共和国测绘法》、《中华人民共和国测绘成果管理规定》等法律法规，按照国家统一标准，利用先进的测绘技术并统筹现有资料，完成五彩湾和芨芨湖镇、开发区其他产业园建成区基础测绘工作。并于2023年10月底前完成基础地理信息、实景三维数据最终成果的汇交工作，2023年12月底前完成实景三维数据管理系统的搭建、部署、测试、试运行、培训等工作。	2700000	2023年08月
