1	购买社会化服务补充应急救援人员（10名）	我单位计划使用资金100万元，采取购买社会化服务的方式补充救援人员力量，提供应急救援服务的相关要求：每年提供10名应急救援人员，男性、年龄30周岁及以下、学历大专及以上，退役军人、消防救援人员优先。 应急救援人员的工资待遇均由服务公司承担，服务公司提供的应急救援人员经专业培训机构培训后取得救护队员资格证，我单位组织开展专业培训和体能训练，经综合考核达标后方可留用。 按照《矿山救护队标准化考核规范》（AQ/T 1009-2021）要求，定期对相关应急救援人员进行综合考核，连续两次考核不达标的，在人员使用过程中不履行岗位职责、违反相关法律法规、规章制度的，我单位将进行退回，由服务公司为我单位继续提供符合要求的相关应急救援人员。 应急救援人员主要负责：负责煤矿井下遇险遇难人员的抢险救援工作；开展煤矿安全技术服务和预防性安全检查服务工作。	1000000	2023年09月
