1	克州人民医院机房硬件采购项目	为了医院信息化安全，机房设备正常保障运行。为了医院信息化安全，机房设备正常保障运行。需采购硬件如下：UPS不间断电源、蓄电池、电池柜、汇流箱、辅材等设备。对UPS与蓄电池的工作集成要求包括电源切换、蓄电池更换、充电管理、容量匹配、状态监测、自动测试和维护管理。确保UPS及蓄电池能够在主电源中断时提供持续、可靠的电力支持，维护系统的正常运行。需要提供相关的维护管理功能，包括蓄电池的更换、维修、检修记录等，以保障蓄电池的可靠性和性能。需要对精密空调维保工作要求提供一个月一次的定期清洁、检查电气系统、确保电力供应、检查制冷剂和压力、检查传感器和控制系统、进行校准和调整、故障排除和维修，并建立维护记录。必须保证精密空调的正常运行和可靠性，提供稳定的温湿度环境。需要对新购内网服务器内存进行扩容，扩容期间需对服务器性能和内存通道进行评估，确保扩容期间内网虚拟化平台的稳定。将虚拟化服务器内存扩容到1T内存。本次原需评估当前存储容量使用请和未来的存储需求对新存储设备经行配置，定期对存储经行安全检查、软件升级等，投标人需提供原厂维保服务三年。对新购光纤交换机进行安装调试，对我院现有虚拟化平台软件进行调试。调试过程中保证整个虚拟化平台的稳定运行和我院各业务系统正常使用； 对我院虚拟化平台服务器制定定期的维护计划，包括硬件和软件。定期对超融合设备硬件组件，如服务器、存储和网络设备确保关键硬件的性能和健康状况。对新购网盾威胁情报联防阻断系统根据我院网络安全情况进行评估后，部署在合理的位置，对我院网络安全态势进行全面的监控和分析。通过对网络的实时监控和信息分析，及时发现和预警网络中的威胁，并采取相应的措施进行防护和响应。投标人需提供网络安全应急响应服务，并定期对我院网络安全事件进行及时处理，提交处置报告。 对我院防火墙增加日志存储硬盘，扩容期间需保障我院业务正常使用。需保障调试后防火墙求日志存储量达到6个月，确保防火墙的正常使用。提供服务器、虚拟化软件、网络及安全设备、存储的技术支持工作。	3288000	2023年08月
