1	人民医院PACS系统维保采购项目	为了医院PACS系统正常运行，给患者提供更好的服务。1、乙方保证提供对甲方的已应用模块(pacs、ris)范围内现有功能的完整及正确性，保证系统运行的高效、稳定。一旦发生软件系统运行故障导致相应业务处理或管理工作无法进行，保证尽快排除故障。 2、系统问题处理排查:乙方保证对甲方已应用模块(pacs、ris)范围内使用过程中，因用户误操作系统问题等原因导致数据错误，无法正常使用时尽快查明原因并及时处理。 3、保修期内提供现场技术服务同时提供电话、远程技术服务，并提供相应的维护、巡检反馈文档。 4、在不增加重大功能的前提下，现有功能的升级，更改是免费，需要增加功能或者重大版本升级的，根据情况协商处理。 5、乙方每次软件升级前承诺与院方沟通升级方案得到院方同意后再进行并按升级报告要求履行升级的具体职责完成升级得到院方同意并且系统稳定后方撤离。 6、乙方承诺负责院方数据的保密性、正确性，由公司维护人员手工对数据库进行的相关操作须有日志进行记录，已备必要时查证。 7、针对每次系统故障，提供详细的原因分析说明及解决方案。 8、软件系统及作业的故障处理、定期巡检、性能优化。	500000	2023年08月
