Respondents shall submit electronic quotation documents via the Inspur Electronic Procurement Platform ( prior to the deadline.7.2 Any quotation document submitted after the deadline shall be rejected by the electronic procurement platform.7.3 The quotation opening time for the project is 20:00:00 on March 14, 2026.
